The city of Bath is situated in the valley of the River Avon, and is a world Heritage site famous for its Roman built Baths. The city grew from its thermal water springs which still can be seen today. Bath is famous for its stunning architecture including crafted Bath stone buildings with a large collection of Georgian architecture. You will also find a large collection of flowered streets, a beautiful abbey founded in the 7th century and a good choice of parks and gardens.
